Refund policy

If you wish to return your item, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to do so, provided it remains unused and in its original condition. This includes any accompanying gift box.

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held liable for items that are lost or damaged in transit. Kindly ensure your return is repackaged securely, in the same manner it was received, to prevent any damage.
